You can improve your life completely in 6 months in all the aspects :
* HEALTH
- Try to meditate at least for 10 minutes. Meditation have a lot of benefits over mind which people often underestimate.
- Quit sacrificing sleep, smoking, drinking alcohol, having drugs , excessive masturbation and eating junk food.
- Do push-ups , squats and running daily. This will replace body fat with muscle.
- Drink at least 4 litre of water. Try to wake up at least 6am and drink green tea instead of coffee.

- Start investing.
- Learn to code and start free lancing.
- Create something in free time, make it your hobby. You can create videos , blogs , apps etc.
Miscellaneous
- Cut off from social media and spend some quality time with your family and close friends.
- Do not watch a lot of news or Youtube videos instead watch ted talks.
- Watch some quality movies
